Contributing to this heat pump's performance is our high-efficiency compressor, protected by a low pressure switch that watches for potentially damaging loss of refrigerant.  We designed the Model 693D with a discharge muffler.  By eliminating potentially noisy pulsations in the refrigerant line, the muffler helps cut down on sound created inside your home.  Additionally, this heat pump reduces sound outside the home with our exclusive AeroMax™ opening and wired dome top.
